The cuisine is Italian-Mediterreanean. There are some great dishes with fish and meat on the menu but even as a vegetarian you get a couple of nice options. Especially, the fillet of coral trout with pancetta, marinated artichokes, wild rocket, and preserved lemon dressing is one of our favorites.
